Do not stress about the security clearance especially only for secret SCI can get a tad stressful for your first investigation

I remember seeing a few folks from the October board who weren’t on the at board list but their names were on the pro-rec list when it came out. There’s a still a chance, small, but still a chance.

Yep 7 days not including weekends plus some recruiters refuse to tell their candidates if they were accepted or not until official list comes out so it depends on your recruiter if they want to tell you or not. If not, you’ll probably looking at 4-5 weeks after the board convenes to find out
