I believe its just AW users, i dont think there are actual Stats about previous boards. @exNavyOffRec would know more
The excel sheets on here are just from people on this site, which is a small percentage of the overall applicants, there are running stats that NRC has but they don't change much in the big picture, basically if you are 7 or greater probably a decent chance, if you are 6 or less it is more hit and miss.

I did poorly on the PFAR but hit the 7 for the FOFAR (I'm only applying NFO) does the PFAR score matter even when it's not the designator being applied for?

for NFO , only your AQR and FOFAR matter...if you read the Program Authorization they go over it with the minimums

Does anyone have any idea on stats for this board or past boards? For example, navy enlisted will receive quotas for advancement before results release to see how many will be picked up.
man I remember that angst before results came out....when I made second class the quotas for AEs were 12%....of course because I didn't know I made it I was already feeling like shit

"man I crushed that petty officer advancement exam..." said NO ONE EVER

Question? For us active duty folks. How much weight do our officer interviews/LOR/EVAL hold? All I see on this board is the ASTB results but for us AD cats there is so MUCH more that guys into our application.

i was told evals help the most weight and the rank of your interviews , then the way your Co ranked you as 1 of 12 is better than 1 of 1 and so on

I have pretty solid evals and ranked 1 of 1 for OCS from the CO and have 3 06 interviews, 1 O9 interview (3 star), and a LOR from an O6. I hope its enough

You have an O9 interview/appraisal and you’re worried? Unless that admiral didn’t give you all 10’s and a crappy write up, then I’d be a little concerned, but sounds like you have a solid chance at selection. I have x3 CAPT and x1 CDR interview/appraisal with really good write ups, perfect 10’s and feel pretty good about my chances this board. Evals, ASTB scores, and ranking are all good indicators of your overall potential. So unless something is off, I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Just my perspective ??‍♂️

Different designators look at different things, I have seen guys with straight P's selected for Supply who had great GPA, guys with ok evals and interviews but great PFAR get picked up, guys with ok GPA's and LOR's from several flag officers get declined.

It comes down to does the academic record show that this person will be able to get through the pipeline for whatever designator he is going for, aviation being the most difficult.
