Private plane down in Santa Rosa County

Here is a video our boy posted on youtube......claiming to be a 10,000+ pilot with an unlimited waiver...flying under a Bahamian bridge in an Extra 300

This video has 38693 views. If this video gets any mainstream media attention, watch the counter - should be cool.

You guys gotta watch the CNN video for this. I can't find the link right now but if you scroll through, the footage of fighters scrambling to intercept this delta bravo was stock footage of two F-4s taking off into the wild blue yonder of 'Nam.

Classic. Even my fiance is like aren't those planes old as hell?

The ironic thing is that Tyndall is one of two remaining US bases where they still fly F-4's out of....

The only thing that keeps this from being hilarious is the fact that he almost parked his airplane into a neighborhood. Wow, you'd think that with "10,000+ hours" he would've been able to successfully crash into the ocean as he'd planned. Hell, over 2/3 of the Earth is covered by water... Couldn't be THAT hard.

As drones.....but do USAF pilots still fly them for Functional Check Flight or prof?

True....also, in order to get 10,000 without being an airline pilot at age 38 youwould have to fly more than an hour a day for 30 years......I think he is over-exagerating.

There are a few all white F-4s sitting on the ramp at Eglin Field 2 also. No idea what they are there for---I've only seen them from the air.

And for FLYTPAY...

"There are two kinds of QF-4s. The first is NULLO Full-scale Aerial Targets which keep the above basic drone conversions. For the 82d, NULLO means Not Under Live Local Operation. A NULLO flight always requires at least three drones, the ones to be shot down, a spare and a manned QF-4 flying as chase plane. The second one is the manned full-scale drones fitted with advanced countermeasure systems installed by the USAF. While some of the twin-stick QF-4s retain their dual control system as trainer and both ejection seats in working orders, the other manned QF-4s have the rear cockpit ejection seat removed. All NULLO aircraft have both ejection seats removed."

Copied from Wikipedia, so take it with a grain of salt?

Drones are creepy.

In other news... this guy is a total asshole. Just look at him. Who would take a picture with all of their "toys"?
