Make this a required reading for all new registers. Just make it like a normal TOS agreement where you have to click "I Agree" in order to register. Perhaps if people are forced to agree then they have no ammo when you ban their ass for breaking the rules.

Also, I think you should just add in "Don't be Joboy" and all will be right with the world. :D
