I think your being incredibly reasonable. For us active duty, the age waiver was a simple email. How much prior service do you have? Also, I gotta a buddy in OCS now who I've been emailing with, he told me OCS is 10 weeks starting August. So saved you two!

Oh wow the 10 weeks thing is good! I did my full first term 4 yrs honorably. and right now I guess I am in the inactive reserves now, so I don't know if thats something I have to get out of first. Its hard not to think about all these things although I should only wait for results because if I get a No than nothing will matter anyways. I haven't even done fingerprints yet. I literally submitted to the board the day before everything was due

Do you have a conditional release ? Unless you're prior Navy but I had to get an approved conditional release from HQ Marine Corps to apply

I'm prior Navy.... my recruiter said just apply maybe because it's the same service I didn't need a release?

And I'm also not active. I submitted my DD214 with my kit

don't worry about it, the waiver is an easy process and I have never seen it be an issue.
 
So on BOL or Bupers (possibly the same thing) can you check other applicants status or just your own ? I'm in the Marines and I have no access to any of this, even with CAC.
