Your STATS look strong dude. Is SWO your first and only choice /?

That's interesting; My recruiter said ship dates would be November, but I had a feeling it'd be next year. Ah, well the waiting game it is regardless.

Ship dates could be any time. Could be super immediate or months later.

According to my recruiter. End of September/early October we find out if we’re accepted and ship dates will likely be in January/February. We may have a heads up that we are accepted or not before they give us ship out dates but we’re supposed to get our official acceptance and ship dates at the same time.

I’m not sure if we go back to MEPs or not honestly. I’d assume we’ll have to but also they may have their own medical team up at ocs that checks us out when we arrive because some people drive themselves and I’d assume they don’t drive to MEPs and then ocs.

But I’m with you. I’m ready to go haha

Specifically for SWO, Is the acceptance rates varies every board? I heard there are some that are 100% some are 65%.

So sometime in October? Will we have to go back to MEPS as well? I'm fairly new to this process, but I was hoping to leave sooner than later.

Yes we will have to go back to MEPs post acceptance to officially swear in. At least that is what I have been told.

Took me a while to find this thread. Awaiting results as well here are my stats.

OAR: 48 (was originally going reserves which does not need OAR so only had 5 days to study to make deadline)
BS International relations 3.5
LOR from RADM (O-8 ret.), Maj. Gen (O-8 ret.).

originally wanted Intel but my OAR didn’t make the cut but I’m very happy with SWO. If I want the flexibility of lateral transferring to let’s say FAO it’s better to be an unrestricted line officer.

Also how is everyone prepping for OCS?

If no waivers, you might qualify for I-SEL.
