I am 33 years old. I have 3 years in the navy and I am 2nd Class. I took the OAR 3 times but the last score was 37. I am the Sailor of the Quarter and of the Year. I have dual pins. I have 4 NECs. I have a master's degree in Supply Chain and Management with a 3.70 GPA. I speak 4 languages and I have my MOVSM. However, I see that this OAR score cannot help me to be selected. I was thinking of trying for the Supply Corps or HCA MSC IPP. I would like, with all due respect, your clarification or assistance.

Supply with your degrees is probably you best bet... but what would you actually like to do and what kind of mission would you like to lead people in accomplishing?

First and foremost, you need to sit down with your Command Career Counselor and go over which programs you qualify for. A 37 OAR is really going to limit what you might qualify for.

While you're at it, find yourself a good officer mentor or two within your command to really help you out and be your advocate during this process.

Good luck!

In addition to what @FormerRecruitingGuru said I would look at the Program Authorizations and you will be able to see what you are qualified for, your age and OAR will limit you. Supply has a minimum OAR or 42 that is waiverable down to 40.

MOVSM, languages, pins, and NECs won't matter when applying for OCS progams.
