Hate to say it does happen. If you have a good recruiter and or collegiate manager, make sure they’ve informed CNRC and or submitted a Salesforce ticket to identify and correct the issue.

I'm in BDCP and I graduate this semester. My lease expires in July, but I don't know if I should renew for another year. I'm unsure of my OCS class date and I have been told that it could be anywhere from May to October. Should I keep my lease and can I use the SCRA to break the lease if I have to?

Have you been paid yet? Im still waiting to get paid so I can make the account. My recruiter told me for first time logging in you have to get a temp password by calling the helpline. If you have a CAC it should be easier.

Mypay accounts are generated on the 3rd and 16th(verify this date on the website) for active duty service members. So if you are ready to receive pay, your account will be able to be created then. I used my CAC card to login, had to figure out a lot of it on my own because the recruiter was unhelpful

Also for reference, my official enlistment date on the documents was 11-02-2025, I will be receiving my first paycheck on 01-15-2026
