A few reasons it might not, but to drill down, you think the legislation wont pass, the Navy will slow walk their part until it dies on the vine, or the aircraft is transferred but the civ organization won't be able to make it happen?

Bell 212 pulled into the Waypoint FBO Ramp here at Lunken airport. Note left side bubble window for PIC long line ops, long line mirror kit.

Unusual to see right side winch for hoist ops. Also performance vert stab mod. Nice looking machine!

Yes unusual. With the varied operations of Ascent Helicopter (film, SAR, NVG, animal population counts, etc.) I could understand if the bubble was on the sliding door, but the left cockpit door... new for me.

Typically for long line Ops the PIC sits in the left side and wears just the lap belt and leans over the collective. Looking straight down....
