I only know one person that went SNA via ISPP and they are certain that eligible ISPP applicants are always accepted as long as there’s pilot slots available - is this true? (I’m an ISPP applicant on this June 1 board)

Yes.

“URLO ISPP selection panels shall normally select all qualified candidates, giving them priority over other applicants seeking a commission via the URL PROREC process. If the URLO ISPP selection panel finds that it is quota limited, BUPERS-3 shall communicate directly with OPNAV N-13, in situ, to request additional quotas. N-13 will normally grant additional quotas.”

Prepare to be disappointed. I wouldn't expect to hear anything prior to the 12th at the earliest. Just assume they stashed ISEL packets until the board for whatever reason and results will come out by the end of the month at the latest.

It’s wild that ISEL applicants are having to wait 4+ months for any news. I’ve been confidently (erroneously) informed “next week at the latest!” for almost 2 months.

I mean, ya'll have been waiting, what, a week now almost since the board "technically" convened? I had to wait a whole month! You will be ok.
