Got the news today that I wasn't selected again. This was my 3rd attempt. MBA, relevant undergrad, and I come from a supply enlisted rating. I'm feeling pretty crushed by this news, but I'll keep pushing forward. Anyone have any anecdotes about applying more than 3 times?

Was just informed I was not selected. This was my 3rd time through as well. Seems like the number of applicants selected was even smaller than originally planned, haven’t heard if the next board is still end of 2028.
Currently a Sr Analyst Inventory Planning for Home Depot. Previously S&OP Planner for Georgia Pacific, Operations Manager for StockX, Warehouse Manager for Pepsi. ~10 years in Supply Chain in support and leadership roles.
Prior enlisted in the Marines, Combat Engineer, with one Afghan deployment.
BS in Supply Chain from Tennessee.
Working on Masters in Supply Chain/Logistics from Georgia Southern.
LOR from O5 and O2 Supply Corps Officers(civilian career connections), O4 in the Marines(served with in Reserves), E7 in Air Force(served with in Reserves), and direct manager at HD.
Scored Outstanding across all categories in my interview.
