Hi everyone, I know this SWO board was put out last minute, but I haven't seen a thread for this board, so I thought I would start it. Feel free to post updates, stats, updates, etc.!

Talk about last minute! Had to scramble to get letter of rec, tattoo pictures, and other paperwork completed Friday and today. This is my first application, only going for SWO.

Volunteer work as a environmental education canoe team leader

1 medical wavier recommended by a Navy doctor
Currently active 6 years of service and currently a PO1

What study sources have you used in preparing for the OAR if any at all

I went on Amazon and looked at a couple different study books, but those were mainly just helpful with the math. I would recommend searching on air warriors because Ive found some threads with large study materials.

One the deadline passes or you have submitted you cannot retake the OAR as it will invalidate your application.

Considering the last board accepted all but 2 people you are better off applying as is.

Also medical waivers don't matter for board.

I think yesterday. I was planning to go to that August board but my recruiter called Thursday last week letting me know it got moved up last minute and everything was due June 17.
