All,

If anyone (or knows of someone) that needs a place to live in Pensacola, let me know. I'm a Marine SNA down here, and I'm about to vacate my apartment (and would rather pass it on to a Marine, like it was to me). Its in Fairfield Lakes APT (check em out online) which is one of the nicer, more exclusive apartment in Pcola. We are really close to base (7 miles) and the complex is super sweet.

I plan to vacate within the month, and there is a waiting list. I'm just trying to save someone the grief of apartment hunting.

I just checked into API and I have bought a house but may not be able to move in until Aug. However, I have a 50 Lb Bulldog. Off the top of your head do you know their pet policy and month to month renter policy?

yea they're pet policy is to allow pets under 30 lbs and there is a one-time non refundable $400 pet fee.

pretty ridiculous, but for what its worth, my pitbull is at 30 now and pushing past that, and the manager was cool enough to not make me pay. i just kinda hammed it up, but yea that's what you'd be looking at worse case scenerio.

i dont think the 50 lbs is the hugest issue especially if ur pet is quiet/not destructive, cause there are several dogs over 30 lbs here. For what its worth, i'll pay like $150 of that fee for yea if u do take over my lease cause its gonna cost us $250 to break it anyway.
