hey all,

Two of us SNFOs graduating OCS 5 Aug 2005 are looking for a third person (pref SNFO but SNA ok) to rent a 3BR/2BA house that is literally one street away from the back gate (google map 820 Binnacle Pl.) for 1100/mo. It's a beautiful house with a new kitchen and you can't get any more convenient to NAS. One room is smaller than the other 2 so rent on that room is negotiable. nobody has committed yet. We have several people interested at the present time but the early bird gets the worm. I want to reemphasize that this house is less than 5 minutes from NAS, has a washer/dryer already hooked up, dishwasher, fridge, and is now largely furnished thanks to the significant expenditures made by myself and my roommate in the last week or so. The occupant would have to provide for his own bedroom. The room is small but you're not gonna find much bigger out there unless you're willing to pay a lot more than we do. Hey Dave. Good to know there will still be Red Sox fans down in Pcola - esp come Sept/Oct!!! I'm not so much a Yankee hater, but believe me I'll give my all for the Sox, as any fan should.

So I'm obviously interested in your housing proposal. I imagine you and your friend are already in the apt and set up, so wanted to see when your third would move in. I seem to have a place for Sept with friends so I can look around, but wanted to write you back and touch base to see what's up.
