They moved it up a few days! I submitted my application a few days ago for this upcoming board. This is my first time applying. Good luck everyone!

Wow that GPA and major looks like a ringer, the only thing for myself I'm worried about is LOR. I got a supervisor, a professor, and a close friend that's an Army O-1 but it seems like everyone else I've seen has a lot more military LORs. Not sure if as a civilian it's less expected from me, I just don't have any other military contacts really.

I would say it’s less expected for civilians. Civilian applicants are looked at very differently from AD. GPA, OAR, personal statement and work experience tend to be greater area of focus at boards for civilians.

NRC has a "limit" of applications and then have a "limit" of selects for that board, it is roughly 63 1st or 2nd choice applications at board and 40 selects, the last board they only picked 33 out of 70 some applications so they left 7 spots empty they could have filled.how do we know how many people are applying for this board? Thanks!

They tend to send more, so 40 out of 75 would be better estimate.
From what I have seen from other threads, the unofficial result may be released, but I doubt the official result will come out until January. Very good stats you have btw!Do you guys think the results will be released before the end of the year
I highly doubt it will be out by end of the year, it took 5-6 weeks to get the result for 9/13 board, with holidays going on in December, things will be slower for sure, Im thinking more like mid of January, but of course, hope to hear back soonerDo you guys think the results will be released before the end of the year
