Good luck, remember to hydrate your brains out. If your urine is not CLEAR you are dehydrated. (at least according to GYSGT Cagle)
Also, try to do some stretching before racking out at night, if you can. It'll be hard 1st week, but gets easier after. It helps with being sore in the morining. Also, try to stretch before falling out for morning PT. Drink some more water then too..
