My wife and I will be moving out next Friday, so the house should be available after that. Located in the North Hills neighborhood, convenient drive up hwy 39 to base. Nice neighborhood, quick drive to town and the mall area, and about as close as you will get to base without living there (base housing that is). I'm trying to find a renter so that I can avoid screwing the owner out of a month's rent since my orders are so last minute. We have been renting on a month to month basis, though I think either a 6 mo or 12 mo lease would be desired from the property manager. Nice upgrades to house, and the owner is a friend of mine who is in the Super RAG out in Lemoore. Let me know if you have any questions, want pics, whatever.
