I think the class number may actually be wrong. That is what I got off the FY13 OCS Class list on navyocsforum but I think it is wrong.

Okay. My former Skipper is in AFGHANISTAN and requested to know the class number and date of graduation. Just missing the class number...

OCS class 12-13 March 31st I found out through facebook type "officer training command Newport" in the seach bar and the OCS facebook page will pop up. Click the events tab and there is this class.
