I am selling a 4/2 in a gated nature preserve in Pensacola. The house is in the Crown Pointe Preserve. It's 2132 sq ft on .25 acres built in 2001 and only 10 min to NASC. I had it appraised at $238,000 and thats what I'm asking. I know there are cheaper homes in Pcola but this is the smallest home in the community with the largest homes being 4-5,000 sq ft mansions on the bay in the back of the neighborhood so resale value is definitely there.
