I think I've seen that before, not on here - but on TV. I seem to remember thinking that I was waiting for the controller to say "everybody shut the fuck up and let me think!!" I don't know what it's like at a busy airport, but if I was the controller - I sure wouldn't be clearing anyone for takeoff if I thought that I had potentially lost the bubble... Smart of the other aircrew to say "we'll just hold short for now, thanks..."

Wow, the real star of the day was the guy who refused to T/O - how many lives did he save that day? Great post.
