I have been disquallified from all but one plane because of my sitting height. I am being forced to go NFO. I have been measured 3 imes, each measurement is different and close to the limit. Do i have any options as far as trying to fight this? Has anybody ever done anything like that before? I know three measurements is condemming, but they wer all different. Would that suggest enough innaccuracy?

I believe they were 39.8, 39.6, 39.4
Also, any suggestions on getting a single pipeline waiver approved?
