Just wanted to give you guys a heads up that the cover feature for Issue 6 will be the much awaited photos from my second visit to Afghanistan. Have got some absolutely awesome pics including the following:
* USAF HH-60Gs escorting Medevac UH60s.
* Air to Air of AH64 and UH60 in formation.
* Air to Air of Australian CH47s
* CH-47s doing utility work around the Orange Ring.
* Great shots taken from back ramp of Aussie CH47s low level.
* Direct action shots of UH-60s working with British Commandos.
Overall these are some of the best photos I have shot and we are planning at least ten or more pages of coverage, plus the cover to highlight the awesome people I got to fly with and the crews who work tirelously to look after these helos.
To everyone over in Afghanistan please note you may be out of the general publics gaze but your efforts are far from ignored - read Issue 6 and see
Next stop - going to try and get to Iraq.
