Interesting link there on Iranian negotiating strategies. my question is: to what extent are those strategies unique to the Iranians? What those seem to boil down to are "damn tough negotiating strategies" or "pain in the a$$ negotiating strategies" which I'm sure are used by many people everywhere, especially people who are paranoid about losing out. Perhaps the Iranians are chronically concerned about losing out.
