Senior enlisted aircrew, wife is at home, 2 kids, and 1 larger breed dog (I was their immediate neighbor and can vouch the dog is awesome and housetrained).

Seeking May-June possession.
Single Family home, 1+ Garage

They're already in the area and are preferencing Fleming Island or Oakleaf Plantation near NAS JAX.

Trying to stay under their BAH ($1385).. I think they're preferring to be around $1150 to account for utilities.
