applying for bdcp as a SNA

I just got a quick question about when you apply for a BDCP slot... Can you get accepted into BDCP with a SNA spot, or do you have to get accepted into BDCP, and then go through the application process for a flight spot? Thanks!

You pick a designator and BDCP is icing on the cake. So yes, you can lock up a BDCP slot with an SNA designator.
