I was Pro Rec for an NFO slot. Unfortunately my vision can only be corrected to 20/20 in one eye and 20/25 in the other. Since NFOs must be corrected to 20/20 in both eyes, I will not be able to get a final select. Does anyone know of any waiver that I can get in this particular case? Or is there anything I can do? Thank you, any information will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the board. Please, in the future, use the search function. Whatever question you have, I can almost guarantee you it has been asked and answered probably more than once. My advice would be to look in the Doc's Corner forum as well as the NFO forum. IF you still have unanswered questions, send someone a private message that appears to have information you could use. I.E., if I had a specific NFO question, I would look for someone with lots of posts and rep power with NFO wings under their name. As far as your issue...PRK waivers are available and MAYBE lasik (fewer and farther between.) Again, the Doc's corner would be your best bet for anything medical. Best of luck, don't give up!

I tried searching before posting, but couldn't find the answer. Most vision questions have to do with surgery. Unfortunately I cannot get the PRK or lasik because the doctor does not suggest it for my vision. And with glasses, both eyes together are 20/20. Left by itself is 20/20, but right by itself is 20/25. NFO billet requires 20/20 in each eye. It's very close, I was hoping something can be done. thank you
