ASTB Forms 3,4,5 (Similarities and Differences)

After doing some research on this site. One main difference I found was that Form 4 seems to have an all Math Supplemental Section whereas Form 5 seems to have a all Aviation/Nautical (ANIT) Supplemental Section. Did anyone have a different experience?

Does anyone have some gouge on the Form 3 supplemental?

If we can compare the forms here and see the similarities and differences, then people considering a re-take will get an idea of what additional material they should expect and study for. Please feel free to post your experience with the various forms here.

I took Form 5 recently.
You should know about RMI, Load Limit Factor, relationship between lift and velocity, etc.

My supplemental was all aviation / nautical
