Well on Amazon you can buy two books for $32.00ish. One is Acro 6th edition Military Flight Aptitude Tests. The other is Learning Express, Military Flight aptitude tests 2nd Edition. The second one has a sample test the ASTB, the Air Force Test, and Army. Same with the first one but it also has sample problems that will help you learn how solve the different type of problems. Overall the books definately helped me. I Also had my buddies intro to basic private pilot book. This was for the basics in aerodynamics and weather.

In regards to the Math/verbal question. I don't remember the ASVAB format but I took the ASTB last month. There are now two math sections. One that is mainly Algebra problems....simplifying and such. The other math section is lengthy word problems, some two steps. The second math section resembles the Arco sample tests, some questions even the same!! I was rather excited. The verbal section isn't what i expected. Acro was wrong. It is a paragraph followed by 4 statements and one of them is the main idea. My first question was a sentance long. It threw me for a loop.
Here is the link to the books.

I hope this helped and good luck on your test. The best advice is RELAX.
