First time posting here and if my two questions have already been discussed I apologize. Does anyone know if the ASTB has any calculus questions? Finally, how many answer options are given for the questions, 3, 4, or 5?

You can't spell lost without Lt.
No there are no calculus questions. The majority of math is algebra, with a little trig. Math has 4 answer choices, reading 4, mechanical 3, spatial appr. 5, nautical 4. Nautical is the tough part especially the boat terminology.

Yeah, Coldsteel has it right. Just use the study guides provided here at airwarriors and most people find that's enough to do well. I went a little further and used the ARCO book. You'll find the questions are basically the same format for the test, study guides, and book.
