I took the ASTB this morning. I know the requirements for STA-21 is only AQR 3/PFR 4. The ROTC instructor and my command keep telling me these scores really don't matter as long as I pass the minimum, can anyone else give me feel back on this?

My scores:
AQR - 5
PFAR - 5
FOFAR - 5
OAR - 51

I have always heard the mins to be triple 4's or 4/5/4. But either way you passed.

The mins are 3/4/4 and you have met the requirement. More importantly, how does the rest of your STA-21 package look?
