Didn't really think this was a serious deal at first....
The basic rundown is that The Anti-American Civil Liberties Union and company is legally challeging the President's right to target terrorists (who could be American Citizens) without Due Process.
The precedent of Ex parte Quirin will probably come into play and the case thrown out..... hopefully... but you never know.
