BDCP GPA help?!?!

Hey everyone, I'm wondering if anyone can give me an insight on a dilemna. I am currently a graduate student in the process of getting a Masters in Health Administration. I have noticed that the BDCP program heavily recruits individuals with my pursued degree and I am very interested in jumping on that opportunity. The problem is that it indicates you must have a 3.0 GPA. I have only been in grad school for one semester and entered the semester 4 weeks into session due to transferring from Tulane because of Hurricane Katrina. Largely due to that I ended up just short of a 3.0 for that one semester with a 2.8. I graduated from undergrad Cum Laude (3.65) double major and Honors college and I am wondering if the 3.0 they reference would be solely based on a single semester of grad school or averaged with my undergrad GPA? It would seem bizarre to base everything on one semester (particularly given the circumstances) and ignore my entire undergraduate career, but......:( I really don't know. Anything you guys might know would be greatly appreciated.

my fault

My mistake: it's actually called HSCP - Health Services Collegiate Program. It functions very similarly to BDCP. Anyone have any info?

Well, when I applied to BDCP (as opposed to HSCP), they originally told me to complete another semester before applying (I was applying during my second semester). I'm not sure if they'd tell you this though, seeing as how you generally complete a Master's degree in two years. I would go ahead and apply, or at the very least talk to an OSO about it. The Navy usually takes extenuating circumstances into consideration when they review an application. Might as well give it a shot, you don't have anything to lose right?
