PT once a month... how dumb is this. My PO said it would be a run <1.5 - 3 miles>, followed by calestenics, strength training and then cardiac workout.

From what our PO said, we have sent a few to OCS who flunked the initial PRT and got rolled into the PT platoon. My office is doing something "proactive" to show that we are trying to remedy the problem.... I dont see how though... PT once a month does nothing.

I disagree, PT once a month versus PRT every 6 months shows you who is weak and who is working. I think it is more of check and see who is a slob rather than a bust these boys into shape program. I had a guy try to cheat on a BDCP PRT last time. You know the 1, 2, 3, 14, 15, 22, 23.... You get the point. Gotta find those guys too. I didn't tell on him, but I took him aside and chewed his ass for the position he put me in and let him know that that sh1t won't fly at OCS. Anyone else seeing these crack heads at there PRTs?
