This site is good gouge. If you have an active secret clearance, you MIGHT be able to get away without your EPSQ. Otherwise, you had better start filling it out again because the OCS admin people will not have it and your clearance investigation will not start without it.
A word of caution, however. At some point during the investigation, the FBI will probably find the old one (if you ever submitted it), and they will compare the information. Don't leave anything out. I didn't do a very careful job of filling out the EPSQ, and it cost me a lot of hassle. They usually won't contact any of your references, but they will pull all of your available information.
As for your marriage certificate, the site is pretty clear. If you don't bring it, you will not be able to get the BAH that you are entitled to. Even if the military KNOWS you are married, it doesn't matter. The problem is that when you commission, you are discharged from enlisted service and all of your paperwork is done again.
I would not suggest showing up without some required document.
The only thing on that site that is not honest to god, gospel truth is the socks, underwear, and T-shirts thing. I brought exactly what they told me to, then they forced me to buy an assload more of these things. I have more tighty-whities than I will be able to wear in my entire lifetime. They make great garage grease rags, but some people find them objectionable as kitchen towels.
