I just got a pair of the belleville's for work and i was wondering about cleaning kits. Anyone know where I can find a kit specific to these boots?

Any Marine Corps Exchange, and probably Navy too. They come in a little plastic zipper bag, and cost about $7. You can probably order them online too.

Soap and water. Save the money. Although that boot protectant stuff I guess is usefull, but you put that on BEFORE you get your boots dirty. Never could figure out that little white rubber sponge thing either.

The white rubber thingy is a big fat eraser for cleaning scuffs. It....kinda works.

Thats the one... I bought it and used it once before realizing that a hose and a scuzz brush worked better.

You will love your boots 10X more if you break them in by running in them, truck through mud and water and crap with them, clean them with soap and water, remove the soles and leave them out to dry. Only after they have shrunk a half size and fit your foot absolutely pefect would I but waterproofer and protectant on them. My OCS boots which never got anything but trashed and left out to dry are the most awesome fitting boots I own. I treated a new pair of jungles right when I got them, and they never have broken in and fit as well as my OCS boots.
