Best Choice for a Commission

Hi
I am a student at the University of Georgia and I'm very interested in going to OCS after I graduate and earning a commission as an officer in the USN.
I received the NROTC scholarship but was unable to use it at UGA.
What should I do to boost my chances of getting into OCS?
I know its very competitive these days I was hoping to get an edge..
