So what are they looking for in this section? I don't remember my class standing in college or law school for that matter. I just never looked. Can I guess on those questions?

And I was class rep in high school but there's no choice for that one. BOO!

It isn't on the ASTB anymore. At least when I took it in February.

The BI portion of the ASTB is tentatively scheduled to re-included in the test by fiscal year 2009. As it stands right now though, it's a non factor. As for not being hard, that may be true. But it was tricky none the less.

That is very true, at least just from the sake of time management. In the practice exams I took and timed myself that had the BI included, I would just barely finish in time. Maybe it wasn't how the real BI was administered, but I found that the time per question was by far the smallest.
