On average, how long does the board usually take to review an application package and make a decision?

Are you talking Navy or USMC? I found out about my Marine air acceptance the same week that the board convened. Something like 2-3 days. Some guys got feedback during the week, and were even able to make small changes like re-running a PFT in order to help their packets. For the Navy, no idea.
