Everytime I read a thread that has anything to do with athletics on this website (swimming, running, lifting, ect.) I can't help but think that the vast majority of people on this forum are 5'10'' 160 lbs. I am just wondering the various sizes of you fellow BDCPers along with OCS grads and apps. I am just wondering how many people on this website are closer to my size (although I am still trying to lose some weight).
6'1'' 220 lbs. 12% (B.F. not Navy done) 19% done by Navy.

I'm 6'-1" as well and weigh about 200. I put on muscle mass fairly easy. I use to be a-lot bigger before My OSO told me to loose weight (230lbs and 15% body-fat). I have been working my way down because it is easier to do push-ups and sit-ups if you weigh less. I was down to 195 when I did my MEPS physical. Now that I am done with college and am just working construction it is going back up because of the amount of physical activity and heavy lifting I am doing.

I'm 6' 175, low body fat (10-12%? Never had it done, always within W/S). Your a big boy, but if its all muscle and you can throw your weight around good, don't sweat it.

6'5", 210 lbs, probably 15% BF, not sure. All the short, stocky guys, I envy, because I know they can rack out the pushups and pullups. But I can get stuff off the top of the refrigerator, and they can't. :D

Well when I got my physical last year for my app. I was at 224, I then went back up to my "playing wieght" at 245 for football, I got accepted for BDCP (March), stopped playing football and have lost 25 pounds since then, got to 220 a month and a half ago (stopped lifting and only did running and playing ball to lose the muscle), but I have been stonewalled since. I have another 15 to lose (at a min.) by 2006.

Only reason I would know is because at MEPS I didn't fit their model of how much I should weight so I had to pass the BF test in order to be eligible for BDCP.

I am 6'2 and about 165. No idea on body fat. I just can't gain weight at all though except when i lift. I really don't have a problem with the pullups. When i was working at em i could do about 14, and i was up to about 120-132 situps in 2 min. The run though is what always gets me.

Damn Josh, you're a skinny mofo! I used to be that way...my sophomore year of high school, I was 6'5" and about 165-170. I sort of miss those days...I could run forever, could jump through the roof, and could rattle off situps like no tomorrow. I couldn't do pullups and pushups that well, though...some things never change. Dammit.

6'2" 210 lbs. I weighed 280 out of HS but managed to get off the football diet and get some motivation. Don't have a clue as to what my BF percentage is but it is probably around 19%. Racquetball helps. :icon_wink
