I can only imagine what those people in the vehicles are thinking.

Flying low-level like that over a truck in Morocco is definitely racist. Thank gawd the USN has never done anything like that in, say, the Philippines. On the other hand, there is low and there is really low - and that dude was flying really low, especially in the Chad segment when he rolled 90 degrees to get through the rock formation.
