"(CNN) — An Air Force C-17 plane crashed Monday near Olney, Texas, a spokesman for Sheppard Air Force Base said. Olney is about 130 miles west of Dallas."

Edit: Just checked the link. AF says it was just flying low and all are accounted for back at Altus.

Olney, Texas used to be some of the best dove hunting in Texas. They have a "One Armed Dove Hunt" every year for folks that have lost an arm. Great folks around there, IMHO.

So, the C-17 was flying low over Texas, but somehow made it back to north of the Red River.

I take this as proof positive that Oklahoma sucks.
