While I was laughing my a$$ off I had a thought that stopped the laughter immediately. Is that the way that the Russians actually percieve the US? Unless this guy is their version of Art Buchwald that was an actual news article. That's enough to make you stop and think a minute. I don't think that this is funny any more.
