Does anyone know the chances, or have any information about being selected the Marine Corps' Funded Legal Education Program and Excess Leave Program (law) as a Naval Aviator? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks a lot.

You're not going to be able to apply for both. You can apply for the legal program and go to law school, or you can apply for the flight program and go to flight school. The only way you could make that transition is to make a lat move after already serving in one of those fields for a time. It'd probably be easier to go from Aviation to Law, but that's just speculation. You can always ask to be the legal officer wherever you go, but there is no "I wanna star in J.A.G." MOS.

Thank you for the reply, I assure you I am not interested in starring in JAG. I simply have three goals, 1)to be an officer of Marines 2) to be a Naval Aviator and 3) to go to law school, and I am trying to get information about how I might be able to accomplish all three. But thank you for your help and time. any other information would be greatly appreciated.
