well, third time was the charm. I found out that i was pro rec the first week in may. I got my letter in the mail yesterday that said congrats, my OCS date is 14 OCT 2006. Any one gone through the NOMI physical lately? i feel that i am in great physical health, but i would love to hear what they actually do to you during the physical.

NOMI is not too fun, especially when you do it while in OCS. They are pretty much going to check everything, and you will be there all day.

Some of it will have to do with what your designator is, for instance for the CEC who are allowed to be colorblind and have all sorts of other deformities we spent most of the day sitting around waiting for everyone else to finish. If you are going to fly you will get all sorts of kooky stuff done, including a procedure where you get to wear dark glasses for the rest of the day, which means you can look at anything and anyone you want to.
