A friend of mine was all set to submit his application and was advised by his recruiter to hold up. It seems that he is a defendant in a civil case. He was told that his application would be rejected on that basis alone. What is odd is that another friend of his who was just commissioned is also a defendant in the same case. Any thoughts?
