Fully Furnished

The rent is slightly higher than some of the cheaper units in the middle that are not furnished. #101 is a corner unit with no common walls, Silestone countertops, all tile floors (except the upstair bedrooms), fully furnished bedrooms, bikes, couches, tables, bar stools, flat screen tv's, common computer just off the kitchen, stereo, high efficiency front-loading washer and dryer, kitchenette in the first floor room, and view of the pier and Gulf. The furniture and set up are nice and the extra expense is worth it. Intended for tenants looking for quality over lowest price. Definitely willing to work with you on the price, $1700 is close to covering my expenses and breaks down to $570 per person per month.

That's actually a pretty good deal considering it's fully furnished. My roomate and I lived in Compass Bay apartments and were paying close to $1100 for a TINY, unfurnished two bedroom apartment.

I'm one of the current occupants of this unit. I've been there for over a year and have really just come to enjoy the unit more and more. Being fully furnished was great considering I didn't have a ton of furniture. It's right next to the canal which is great for kayaking and right down the road to the beach entrance. It's about a 10-12 min drive to work which is great on early mornings or late night events. The three levels really help keep the noise down, someone in a bedroom on the top floor wouldn't hear if the TV was on in the living room on the floor below. I know I've really enjoyed my time here and am going to have a hard time finding a place at my next station that I liked as much as this one.
