I googled how to obtain court certified copies of dependent documents, that seems like it going to take a while.....what’s the fastest way to get these docs for OCS check in?

Are you talking about a notarized marriage certificate and/or kids birth certificates?

Yes in reference to birth certificate and social security card. If dependent is already in DEERS, then is it necessary to bring certified copies?? Or will a photo copy do?

I mean, if they are already in DEERS I can't imagine you'd need to bring any of that kind of crap. Is the Navy not giving you TAD orders to OCS?

Yeah, that’s what I figured. Some dude said priors need to bring all that stuff anyways for some reason. Confusing is what it is.

In the same boat, appreciate more information. In my case, my spouse is from Russia and I only have originals and translations, so far the plan is to bring the originals with me and then mail it back to her.
