Does anyone know how a prior car reposession would look during the boards? Or even any less-than-stellar credit?

You just have all sorts of issues don't you...it all depends on how long ago it was...

Could show stupidity of youth or irresponsibility...it all depends...

LOL, Hey I'm human! But seriously, it was a repo that I had to do since I was in college. It was either that, or feed the kids. I chose the latter for some reason!

Exactly, depends on how long ago it happened and why. As an officer you are supposed to set the example... ie be financially stable and responsible. You will have junior enlisted coming to you with their problems and you have to be an example and help set them on the right track. Finances are a big issue these days. To the point of bouncing a check being able to go on your record.
