Any of you Safety bubbas out there know where I can find a particular CRM video shown at Safety school. The video in question contains an over-the-shoulder view of a Foreign SNA and his instructor in a T-34. The way I understand it, there is a breakdown in communication regarding the instructor requesting/informing/telling/ordering/insulting/then berating the student into turning the defrost on. If you know where I can get it, help me out.
