if you were to receive a commission from OCS, assuming you were non-program and designated pilot, could you get your gold stripe and then join a air guard squadron if accepted? reason i ask is because i read that pilots now have the option of flying two years after they get their wings and then finishing out in the reserves. let me know as i am just tossing around possible options. thanks, paul
